- Pirx Wallpapers are cool, but I think they should have dark background. I use black color instead wallpaper, is it time to change it?
- Intrinsic Just load em into something like Irfan View and change the levels :) and yeah, i think a bit darker would look better, and easier on the eyes ;)
- B_KiLLeR I double Pirx + Intrinsic
- P01 Alright. A darker version of the wallpapers will come real soon
- DiLA hehe, where did rss feeds come from :P
- P01 ^__^ they were waiting in my pocket. Notice that the "latest demos RSS" have the screenshots now.
- DiLA hrrmm, i cant seem to create a "live bookmark" in firefox from the rss
- P01 I haven't yet checked in FF0.1.0. But the problem seems normal since I haven't yet added the <link ... /> tags in the HEAD.
- P01 "live bookmark" fixed.
- DiLA very slick ;)
- windwakr does anyone know how to contact "shr"? I tried emailing but it got returned. In csille readme it said email for yew,yew2,and csille source....
- B_KiLLeR windwakr, try http://www.extra.hu/molecoola/ and http://www.demoscene.hu/ in groups
- B_KiLLeR http://www.demoscene.hu/groups/show.php?gid=175 + http://molecoola.scene.hu [btw. did i mention i've got 10+ pictures of both ;-) (hint: homepage, slengpung)] if you still don't succeed, try contacting a groupmate of her
- Pirx Her?
- P01 yes "her"
- kometbomb der r rumors on the internets that girls also use the computer. crazy.
- Pirx I'm very suprised. Girl who code in hardcore_asm - sounds like an oximoron.
- P01 It also sounds like the dream of every geek ^__^
- MathM *drools*
- P01 That's certainly a detail for many, but the pages are now served as application/xhtml+xml where possible, in conformity with the XHTML1.1 specs.
- Pirx On 256b.com there are almost half thousand prods and I'm interested how many 256B demos are outside - about 10% or maybe 90% world-wide releases? I saw some fine 256B intros that I can't find on 256b.com.
- B_KiLLeR 10% would be closer, but every released prod is welcome. Read every oneliner before (or download all from my home), if you've got non-scene stuff, send it to me. I just <3 256b games :-D btw. P01: could you plz give a link to "the 1st oliner" too, tx :)
- P01 Everybody can submit the 256 ( and below ) prods they found on http://www.256b.com . And I encourage this practice. Btw, INSOMNIAC sent me a big archive of prods ( including some games ), I have to sort them out and submit them
- windwakr is there a way to search for demos made by specific people?
- P01 sorry, until I build the "advanced search" page, you'll have to find one intro made a a specific person and all his/hers other prods will apear in the right panel.

POST A ONELINER- Complete archive back ( at last )
It took 5 months, but I've received the message. Let's put the delay on the count of a new job + some freelance work + more professional contacts + some extreme boredom to touch a code that was working perfectly until the host changed the settings and rights with no warning.2005-06-05 by P01
- Recent problems
As many of you saw, there's been some problems recently with the downloads. I was away for almost a month for the birth of my nephew when the host of http://www.256b.com had no better idea than changing the configuration of PHP. Therefore all the prods with an ID above 402 are not available. Btw, I received 2800+ mails of errors and a handfull of inmates noticed me the bug too. I'll fix that as soon as possible. Meanwhile, happy new year!2005-01-02 by P01
- Page titles, new skin and other minor changes
One thing bugged me since a while : the title of the prods did not appear in the title of the pages. That thing is fixed. Adding a wildcard in the SEARCH input is not longer mandatory. Some minor things have changed in the XHTML/CSS. And I made a new skin for the site. Your feedback is welcome.2004-11-28 by P01
- Improvement of the search feature
Wildcards have been enabled in the SEARCH feature. You can use * or ? like anywhere else. At least that's a significant improvement until I code the Advanced Search feature to allow the search on any field ( name, coder, year, group, ... ).2004-10-21 by P01
- Hello CPC
256b.com welcomes its first Amstrad CPC intro. It's called "a bouncing pixel" ( http://www.256b.com/demo/463 ). You'll find the URL of an emulator in the LINKS sections and will btw see the new button I made for pouet.net few days ago.2004-10-18 by P01
